FORT WORTH, TX (05/16/2015) — One man was killed, and two others were injured, after a car accident on U.S. 287 in Fort Worth, Texas on Saturday.
Reports state that a man was killed and a woman was injured after their vehicle flipped several times on U.S. 287 Business Route (also called Saginaw Boulevard) in Fort Worth, Texas.
According to police, a custom car with very low ground clearance was traveling southbound on N. Saginaw Boulevard when a second vehicle entered the roadway near the 9800 block and struck the passenger door of the car.
Fort Worth police Sgt. Steve Enright stated that the victim’s car skidded before flipping three to four times causing both passengers to be ejected from the vehicle. The man died at the scene and the woman was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The driver of the second vehicle was treated at the scene. At this time, none of the victims have been identified.
