We’re just thankful that no one was hurt really badly as far as we know.
Irving Baptist Fellowship’s music room received a surprise guest Tuesday morning when the driver of a blue Honda accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brake and rammed into the church. The Honda was already part of a three vehicle accident and had just been rear ended by another driver. My Fox DFW broke the story.
This has been quite the year for unintended acceleration in Dallas. We wrote about two other instances of this phenomenon here and here. Yesterday’s accident was a little more serious because the vehicle was already involved in a wreck. Car accidents can cause even the most rational person to panic and make mistakes. Thankfully, it appears no one was critically injured in this accident.
