Wednesday evening was devastating for parents of Jordan League, when the third grader was struck by a Ford pickup truck while riding his bike. Even though the driver stopped to render aid and emergency workers performed CPR, Jordan passed away from his injuries. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends from Zavala Elementary school.
The second accident occurred in Ponder, TX. Four teenagers were reported walking in the middle of FM 2449 just minutes before a Ford Ranger struck two of them. One of the teens, a young lady, was airlifted to Fort Worth’s Cook Children’s Medical Center for treatment. The other teenager, a boy, is being treated at a local hospital. WFAA was unable to report on their condition as of last night.
As a father, Dallas car wreck attorney Jeff Rasansky can’t imagine what the parents of the deceased and injured must be going through. He knows the questions that must be swirling through their heads. Parents of injured or killed people rightfully want answers. Right now, it’s in the hands of investigators – who will hopefully be able to provide some closure for the family of Jordan League.
Drive safely, Dallas.
