One man was killed, his passenger seriously injured, when he lost control of his black Nissan Sentra and crashed into a tree after 3 a.m. this morning.
Neither victims’ name has been released, and investigators are still trying to determine what caused the accident. What is known, as reported by MYFOX DFW, is that the Sentra was driving northbound on the service road of Central Expressway when the accident occurred. As it crossed the Knox-Henderson intersection, the driver lost control, went over a curb, hit a concrete wall, and then smashed into a tree. The driver died on the scene, and emergency workers had to cut his passenger free. The seriously injured accident victim was then transported to a local hospital.
With a son himself, car accident lawyer Jeff Rasansky can’t imagine what the parents of these two 20-somethings must be experiencing. Accidents like this remind us to treasure the time we have with family – because we never know what might happen tomorrow. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of those involved in this tragic accident.
Drive safely, Dallas.
