Oak Cliff / Dallas, Texas — 50-year-old Juan Rosales, of Grand Prairie, was killed in a Saturday afternoon (01/11/2014) car accident in west Dallas.
The crash, which occurred at around 1:30 in the afternoon, involved three vehicles. According to initial reports, Juan Rosales was traveling westbound down West Davis Street and speeding. His Nissan lost control as he attempted to change lanes. The Nissan then crossed over the center median and struck two vehicles driving in the eastbound lanes near the 5900 block of West Davis Street (close to North Walton Walker Boulevard). Juan Rosales was killed in the accident. It is unclear if, or to what extent, others were injured in the accident.
Just as a reminder, I would like to say that this is an early report, and the facts of this accident may have been reported incorrectly. The best way for a family member to find out what truly led to an accident such as this, is to conduct an investigation. Attorneys who work off a contingency-fee agreement (most car accident lawyers) will often do this for no charge at all.
