SAGINAW, TX (04/22/2015) — Four people including at least two youths have been seriously injured following a single-vehicle rollover accident Wednesday evening.
The accident occurred Wednesday night at around 8:30 p.m. in northern Tarrant County. The driver of an sport utility vehicle (possibly a Jeep Cherokee) carrying 3 passengers crashed in the 300 block of East Bailey Boswell Road in Saginaw, just east of Highway 287 (North Saginaw Boulevard). Police have not yet said how the car accident occurred.
All four occupants of the SUV were injured in the crash. Two of the victims (a 15-year-old girl and a boy under the age of 15) were ejected and thrown from the vehicle. Both suffered critical injuries. The 15-year-old female was taken by air ambulance (CareFlite) to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital. The juvenile male was transported to Cook Children’s Medical Center.
Two other occupants, both female, were also transported by ground ambulance to John Peter Smith Hospital in serious condition.
