JUSTIN, TX (05/06/2015) — 23-year-old Melissa Soto was killed, and two others were injured on Tuesday evening after an 18-Wheeler accident in Justin, Texas.
According to reports, 23-year-old Melissa Soto, of Pomona CA, crashed her white Dodge Neon into an 18-wheeler at the intersection of Old Blue Mound Road and Farm Road 156 in Denton County at around 8 p.m. Tuesday evening. It was reported that the accident occurred after Soto failed or was unable to stop at the intersection. The accident is still under investigation.
Soto was pronounced dead at the scene. Two passengers in Soto’s vehicle were also injured in the wreck and taken to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance in Fort Worth to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
