DALLAS, TX (05/15/2015) — Two accidents along I-30 near Ferguson Road and Samuel Boulevard caused a fuel spill and traffic delays on Friday morning in Dallas, Texas.
According to a Dallas Fire-Rescue dispatcher, a crash involving an 18-wheeler has shut down the eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 near the Ferguson Road exit shortly after 9 a.m. on Friday morning.
Reports state that crews responded to the scene and are handling the fuel spill caused by the accident.
The Dallas Fire-Rescue dispatcher also mentioned that a secondary crash on I-30 near the Samuel Boulevard exit was attributing to traffic delays for drivers traveling westbound.
There is no word on whether anyone was injured in either accident. As of Friday afternoon, eastbound I-30 is open again.
