DALLAS, TX (05/15/2015) — One person was left critically injured after being struck by a vehicle on U.S. 75 at Caruth Haven Lane early Friday morning in Dallas, Texas.
According to Dallas police, two accidents on U.S. 75 resulted in one person being critically injured. The accident shut down the highway at Caruth Haven Lane at around 2:00 a.m. on Friday morning.
Reports from NBC 5 state that the victim was outside of his car checking out the damage from the first accident when another vehicle collided. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
Police reopened the two right lanes at around 4:30 a.m. The remaining lanes opened just before 6:00 a.m.
