DALLAS, TX (05/17/2015) — Two motorcyclists were killed and another was injured after an accident on the I-30 service road on Sunday night in Dallas, Texas.
According to reports, two motorcyclists, one man and one woman, were killed on Sunday night around 11:00 p.m. on the service road of Interstate 30 between St. Francis Avenue and Jim Miller Road in Dallas, Texas.
The Dallas County sheriff’s deputies stated that two motorcycles were racing when one biker lost control at a curve. The male driver and female passenger of the motorcycle were thrown into a utility building that houses TxDOT traffic camera equipment; they were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the second bike was taken to local hospital for blood-alcohol level testing. It is uncertain at this time if he will be facing charges.
The names of the victims have yet to be released by the Dallas County medical examiner.
