TYLER, TX (05/30/2015) — One woman was ejected and multiple people were injured after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 31 and Loop 49 near Tyler, Texas on Saturday.
According to Matt York, Dixie Volunteer Fire Department chief, one person was flown to East Texas Medical Center (ETMC) after being ejected from a car involved in a two-vehicle crash.
The collision occurred on Highway 31 at Loop 49 near Tyler, Texas on Saturday.
York stated that a woman was ejected from the back window of a white car. She was transported to ETMC via air ambulance (CareFlite) with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
Reportedly, four adults and one child were involved in the crash; those injured were transported via ambulance to ETMC with non-life-threatening injuries.
