DRIPPING SPRINGS, TX (09/14/2015) — A two-vehicle accident on Monday night injured Aaron Deloache and Lindsey Halm, and killed Jake Barber-Goodman.
According to reports, a two-car accident on Ranch Road 12 at Gatlin Creek Road in Dripping Springs, Texas killed 18-year-old Jake Barber-Goodman, and injured both 44-year-old Aaron Deloache and 34-year-old Lindsey Halm.
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) stated that at around 9:45 p.m., Barber-Goodman was traveling northbound in a 2006 Honda Civic when he drove off the east side of the road and entered into a counterclockwise skid. Barber-Goodman’s car traveled back onto the roadway, but crossed into the southbound lane, striking a Cadillac ATS driven by Deloache.
According to police, the Civic broke into three pieces upon impact with the Cadillac. Barber-Goodman was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Aaron Deloache and his passenger, Lindsey Halm, were both transported to University Medical Center at Brackenridge for treatment of injuries.
