FORT WORTH, TX (09/19/2015) — 72-year-old Earl Cook has died following a car accident on I-20 in southeast Fort Worth Saturday morning.
According to authorities, 72-year-old Earl Cook was killed on Saturday morning in a two-vehicle accident in the 5700 block of Interstate 20 eastbound (near the South Loop 820 interchange) in Fort Worth, Texas.
Police spokesman Officer Daniel Segura stated that at around 8:55 a.m., Cook’s vehicle was stalled on I-20 when another vehicle struck it, causing the car to roll over.
According to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner, Cook was transported to an Arlington, Texas hospital where he later died.
