BOLIVAR PENINSULA, TX (09/27/2015) — A fatal motorcycle crash on Sunday claimed the lives of Daryl Ross and Susan Goebel.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), 48-year-old Daryl Ross and 53-year-old Susan Goebel were killed in a motorcycle accident on Sunday in Bolivar Peninsula, Texas. The wreck occurred near Crystal Beach, along Highway 87 and Stingaree Drive.
DPS Sgt. William Kennard stated that 20-year-old Patrick Neaves was traveling eastbound on Highway 87 in a pickup truck when he turned left onto Stingaree Drive, directly in the path of a motorcycle occupied by Ross and Goebel.
Both Ross and Goebel were killed after they were ejected from the bike.
This wreck remains under investigation.
