FATE, TX (10/06/2015) — Authorities are trying to determine the cause of a fatal, multi-vehicle accident that resulted in at least 1 fatality Tuesday evening.
According to authorities, a major, multi-vehicle collision on Tuesday night has killed one person and injured at least one other.
Police report that this fatal wreck occurred at around 7:00 p.m. along Interstate 30 near FM 551 in Fate, Texas. The accident reportedly involved five passenger vehicles and two 18-wheeler trucks.
One person was confirmed deceased, and a second victim was transported to a nearby area hospital in critical condition.
Authorities are currently investigating the cause of this fatal crash.
