SPUR, TX (10/19/2015) — A head-on collision on Monday left Stella Caballero and Shawna Adock seriously injured.
According to authorities, Stella Caballero and Shawna Adcock were injured after a single-vehicle car accident on Monday afternoon.
The wreck occurred on Dickens County Road 384 in Spur, Texas.
Investigators reported that Caballero was traveling southbound in a black Chevrolet Cobalt when she failed to navigate a curve and collided with a tree head-on.
Caballero, and her passenger, Shawna Adcock, were both airlifted to Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas, where they remained on Tuesday.
According to reports, Adcock was treated for a broken arm and other injuries; Caballero was also being treated for broken bones.
