VINTON, TX (11/22/2015) — Joshua Daniel Watts and Olivia Arrendal were both killed when their vehicle was struck by an 18-wheeler last Sunday.
According to El Paso police, an 18-wheeler wreck killed 32-year-old Joshua Daniel Watts and 19-year-old Olivia Arrendal in Vinton, Texas along Interstate 10.
Police stated that Patrick O’Leary was driving an 18-wheeler when he rear-ended a passenger vehicle, which carried Watts and Arrendal. The occupants were changing a tire at the time of the accident. Watts and Arrendal both lost their lives in the wreckage.
O’Leary has been charged with two counts of manslaughter. According to the El Paso Sheriff’s Office, the incident is still being investigated.
