Rescue Workers Cut Them From Car Wedged Under Semi-Truck
The sub-freezing temperatures in DFW made rescuing a couple involved in a horrific truck accident all the more difficult. Just before 3 am, the couple’s sedan broad-sided a turning 18 wheeler and became wedged underneath. Thankfully, emergency workers were able to cut them out (relatively) quickly and Careflite them to the hospital. The truck driver was not injured.
There have been several commercial vehicle accidents in recent weeks throughout DFW. This morning’s occurred at the 121 / I-35 intersection, north of Dallas. An investigation into who’s at fault for the wreck is still underway. Hopefully, both parties can reconcile their differences amicably – without the need of a truck accident lawyer.
