Commentary
The driver who caused this accident could face multiple criminal charges (not to mention civil claims from the victims) for injuring her passengers due to her negligence. It was her responsibility to operate the vehicle safely and to ensure that her passengers were buckled properly before she started driving. We offer our condolences to those affected by this crash, and hope that an investigation leads to more answers.
