ONALASKA, TX (06/25/2016) — A motorcycle accident on Saturday killed James Bradberry, and left Melissa Bradberry and Ronald Creech injured.
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), identified the victims of a multi-vehicle accident that occurred near Onalaska, Texas along FM 356 as:
- 54-year-old Ronald Lee Creech
- 38-year-old James Thomas Bradberry
- 37-year-old Melissa Bradberry
DPS officials reported that at around 9:00 p.m., 50-year-old Melisa Ann Miller was traveling eastbound in a 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor when she crossed into the westbound lanes and collided with two eastbound Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Creech, who was the sole occupant of one motorcycle, was transported to a nearby area hospital where he was treated and released.
The second motorcycle was occupied by the James and Melissa Bradberry. James was taken to Conroe Regional Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries. Melissa was taken to a Houston-area hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
Officials stated that Miller was transported to CHI St. Luke’s Hospital, where she was treated and released.
This wreck remains under investigation.
