PRAIRIE HILL, TX (11/03/2016) — An head-on collision on Thursday morning claimed the lives of Ronnie Perry and Carlton Brown.
According to authorities, 55-year-old Ronnie Dean Perry (of Hewitt) was killed in a head-on collision that occurred on Highway 84 near FM 1245 in Prairie Hill, Texas.
Police reported that at around 7:00 a.m., 44-year-old Carlton Brown (of Mexia) was traveling westbound in a 2015 Buick when he crossed into the eastbound lane and struck a 2011 Toyota pickup truck—driven by Perry—head-on.
Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. D.L. Wilson stated that neither man survived the crash.
This accident remains under investigation.
