ABILENE, TX (02/08/2017) — According to police, 34-year-old Ryan Stotts suffered serious injuries following a motorcycle accident on Judge Ely Boulevard in Abilene, Texas.
Authorities reported that at around 11:00 a.m., 90-year-old Charley Coleman was leaving the Sonic restaurant parking lot near Tracy Lynn Street when he made a right turn onto southbound Judge Ely Blvd. As Coleman’s white Chevrolet Impala entered lanes of traffic, he collided with motorcyclist Ryan Stotts, who was unable to avoid the collision.
Police reported that Stotts suffered heavy trauma and was unable to walk or even stand up on his own. He was transported to Hendrick Medical Center for treatment. Officers stated that Stotts’ injuries may still pose a risk of death, so they’re currently investigating the accident as a potential fatality.
Commentary
