ARLINGTON, TX (07/07/2016) — Alexander Shuffield died Thursday night after he was involved in a car-vs-motorcycle accident.
Authorities in Arlington have identified 20-year-old Alexander Shuffield as the victim of a fatal motorcycle accident that occurred along West Pleasant Ridge Road in Arlington, Texas.
According to officials, Shuffield was traveling eastbound on West Pleasant Ridge Road, when at around 11:20 p.m., the driver of a passenger vehicle pulled out from Windhurst Drive in front of Shuffield’s motorcycle. The two vehicles collided, and Shuffield was thrown from his bike.
Shuffield was taken to Arlington Memorial Hospital, where he later died.
“Investigators will continue to look into the causes of the crash and examine the evidence from the roadway,” the news release said.
