Armando Ortiz Killed in San Antonio Wrong Way Accident

SAN ANTONIO, TX (01/15/2017) — A wrong way accident early Sunday morning claimed the life of Armando Ortiz and injured one other.

According to police, 28-year-old Armando Ortiz was killed in a head-on collision that occurred on Interstate 35 near Walzem Road in San Antonio, Texas.

Authorities reported that at around 4:30 a.m., a wrong way driver in a white pickup truck struck a Mazda passenger car, driven by Ortiz, head-on.

Armando Ortiz was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the pickup truck was transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.

I was just informed by a reliable acquaintance of this terrible accident involving a local individual who I, unfortunately, am casually acquainted with.. kept "running into" at the local shell convenience store(s) & h.e.b. In my opinion this Blathering DRUNK was always an "accident looking for a place to happen". Also known by me as a "pervert" and one of the lowlifes who regularly raided the children's donation box at Shell, thousand oaks at old shertz rd. This CREEP had also admitted to my friend, who once helped him with that same white pickup in which he recently killed a man on I-35 at Walzem. To my knowledge, the perpetrator, Paul (last name unknown) was already on probation for DUI, and according to my friend, for killing another man in a prior DUI accident. This out of control Drunk is obviously a Menace to society and Endangerment to us All. I hear that he, Paul, is out of the hospital & business as usual.. Not in Jail/prison Where He Belongs.. WTH!! My sincere condolence to the family of Mr Armando Ortiz
