MORRIS COUNTY, TX (01/19/2015) — An accident involving a motorcycle and an SUV has claimed the life of 43-year-old Bobby Joe Whetstone.
On Monday, Texas DPS officers responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident on Farm to Market Road 250 in Morris County. While many details of the accident were not immediately available, we know the collision involved a motorcycle driven by Bobby Joe Whetstone (of Omaha), and a sport utility vehicle (SUV) driven by 16-year-old Kieston Dondrell Rushing, of Lone Star.
43-year-old Bobby Whetstone was pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Jennifer Easley. His body has been taken to a funeral home in Hughes Springs. The driver of the SUV was transported to a hospital in Longview, Texas for treatment.
