FORT WORTH, TX (01/29/2017) — An early morning crash on Sunday claimed the life of Cassandra Jackson and left one child injured.
According to police 42-year-old Cassandra Jackson was killed in an accident that happened at the intersection of East Berry Street and Stalcup Road in Fort Worth Texas.
Authorities reported that shortly after midnight, a white passenger car and an SUV collided. One of the drivers—Cassandra Jackson—was pronounced deceased at the scene due to blunt force trauma of the head, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner.
One child was taken to Cook Children’s Medical Center in critical condition. No other injuries were reported.
This accident remains under investigation.
