WHITE OAK, TX (01/26/2016) — A head-on collision caused by a drunk driver claimed the life of Curtis Foulke on Tuesday.
Officials have identified 48-year-old Curtis Foulke as the victim of a wrong way car accident that occurred in the 2200 block of East Highway 80 in White Oak, Texas.
The White Oak Police Department stated that 33-year-old Erin Fannin was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of Highway 80 in a 2014 GMC pickup when she collided with a 2000 Chevrolet four-door, driven by Foulke.
Foulke lost his life in the wreckage.
According to authorities, Fannin was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter. She was later released from the Gregg County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

Drunk drivers put everyone else on the road at risk. We would like to urge motorists out there to report any suspected drunk drivers immediately to the local authorities. By doing so, you may be able to prevent another tragedy from occurring.
