Thackerville, Oklahoma — Dallas resident Eddie Ween Fambles was seriously injured in a car accident just south of the Winstar Casino on Monday (11/11/2013) night at 11:35 p.m.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Eddie Fambles was driving northbound on Merle Wolfe Road (AKA Casino Avenue) when her Volkswagen was struck by a 1993 Chevrolet Blazer driven by 48-year-old Debra Tackett. Tackett had been driving westbound on Lucky Seven Road when she failed to yield at a stop sign. Tackett and her passengers were unharmed in the collision, but Ms. Fambles had to be air lifted to Plano Medical Center in “serious condition with multiple injuries.”
According to initial reports, seatbelts were used in both vehicles. An investigation is continuing.
