Haltom City, Texas — A 28-year-old Fort Worth man was seriously injured Thursday night (11/07/2013) when his vehicle crashed and rolled on Northeast Loop 820.
The yet-to-be-named driver was traveling eastbound in a white Honda Accord when he somehow lost control and struck a highway barrier near the 5600 block of NE Loop 820.
According to reports, the vehicle flipped over and the driver was ejected from his seat. He was transported by helicopter (possibly CareFlite) to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, but his condition was unknown as of Friday.
Police say the driver was neither intoxicated, nor was he speeding prior to the accident.
