CEDAR PARK, TX (10/18/2015) — Police continue to investigate an early morning car accident on Sunday that killed Andres and Mario Godinez, Enrique Guerrero-Rodriguez, and Roberto Mares Guerrero.
Police have identified the four victims of the Sunday morning car accident along Highway 183 and New Hope Drive in Cedar Park, Texas:
- 25-year-old Andres Godinez
- 19-year-old Mario Godinez
- 30-year-old Enrique Guerrero-Rodriguez
- 29-year-old Roberto Mares Guerrero.
According to authorities, at around 4:20 a.m., 20-year-old Cristobal Guerrero was traveling northbound in a 2007 GMC pickup truck when he veered off the roadway and struck a utility pole.
His four passengers, the Godinez brothers, Guerrero-Rodriguez, and Guerrero, were all pronounced dead at the scene.
Police stated that Cristobal Guerrero was transported to a nearby area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
This fatal collision remains under investigation.

Since this wreck is under investigation, we can only guess as to what caused the driver to leave the roadway. Did he fall asleep at the wheel?
