PORT ISABEL, TX (08/19/2016) — Janet Goggan was killed in rear-ended accident along the Queen Isabella Causeway on Friday morning.
Authorities have identified 55-year-old Janet Evelyn Goggan as the victim of a fatal, two-vehicle collision that happened on Queen Isabella Causeway (Highway 100) in Port Isabel, Texas.
Police reported that at around 8:30 a.m., Goggan’s gray Mercedes-Benz was on the highway bridge when a linen service truck rear-ended her vehicle. Officials say that the Mercedes may have been stopped at the time of the crash.
Goggan did not survive the wreck.
