SOUTHLAKE, TX (01/22/2017) — A wrong way accident early Sunday morning claimed the life of Jeremy Brazzel and Mary Chenoweth.
Police identified 40-year-old Jeremy Brazzel and 58-year-old Mary Chenoweth (of Bedford) as the victims of a fatal wrong way accident on Texas 114 (near Kimball Avenue) in Southlake, Texas.
Officials reported that at around 1:00 a.m., a driver was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of Highway 114 (Northwest Pkwy) when he or she collided with another vehicle.
Chenoweth and Brazzel, who were in separate vehicles, were pronounced deceased at the scene. A third person was taken to Baylor Scott and White Medical Center in Grapevine for treatment.
An investigation is pending.
