Commentary
Recent rains across Texas have made for hazardous driving conditions. As cited by the DPS, this accident may have been caused by hydroplaning—an issue that’s common when road conditions are wet. We would like to remind drivers that operating your vehicle in the rain requires extra care, especially in areas that are prone to flooding.
