Jonathan Denmark Killed in Spring, TX Motorcycle Accident

SPRING, TX (11/20/2016) — A car-vs-motorcycle accident on Sunday afternoon claimed the life of motorcyclist Jonathan Denmark.

Authorities identified Jonathan Denmark as the man who was killed after a motorcycle accident in the 4700 block of Louetta Road in Spring, Texas on Sunday.

Police reported that the driver of a Honda Odyssey did not yield to Denmark as he attempted to turn onto Louetta Road from Bent Elm Drive.

Denmark was ejected from the motorcycle, struck the Honda’s windshield, and landed in the street. He was flown to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he later died.

An investigation is ongoing.

I did not witness the actual crash but was in the parking lot. My deepest prayers to this young man and all the families involved. We know not the day or time...only God knows

I saw the entire accident. I feel so bad for him and his family. I had stopped by Kroger gas station and Jonathan was there sitting on his bike at the gas pump. He pulled away and I pulled out right behind him. We both headed down Louetta Rd. I was going home so I was going to be making a left on Bent Elm. When the gold minivan made a left and hit Jonathan who was headed eastbound on Louetta Rd. I am still very shakin up from the whole thing and can't stop replaying it in my mind. My heart goes out to all who knew and loved him.

I am jonathon den marks best friend for almost 8 years. I found a man who said he talked to the guy minutes after the wreck who was driving the van. And is quoted saying "I thought I could beat him to the intersection, I just thought I could beat him...'. His name is Phillip Barajas and I even have a screenshot on my phone of Phillip saying every word of this. Phillip is also a motorcycle rider so should be more than willing to work with you on what he knows. Please help, Jonathons 6 month old baby boy deserves to have his daddy, but that man decided 10 seconds of his time was worth more than my best friends life.
