FRISCO, TX (9/23/2014) — 64-year-old Jorge Vazquez was pronounced dead on Tuesday after his vehicle was struck by a suspected drunk (or otherwise intoxicated) driver.

According to Frisco Police Department, 26-year-old Bricio Esparza was driving a 2011 Chevy Silverado northbound on Main Street (Farm to Market 423), when he slammed into the rear of a 2000 Dodge Stratus driven by 64-year-old Jorge Vazquez. The accident occurred at the intersection of FM 423 and Stonebrook Parkway at around 11:46 p.m. Tuesday night.
Jorge Vazquez was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The driver of the truck which caused the fatal car accident, Bricio Esparza, was arrested on charges of intoxicated manslaughter.
