Commentary
In addition to any civil lawsuits files by the victim’s family, the at-fault driver is likely to face serious criminal charges for this 18-wheeler crash—especially since it resulted in a fatality. If the facts presented by DPS officials are correct, this driver’s inability to control his vehicle cost an innocent driver her life.
We would like to extend our condolences to those affected by this crash, and hope that officials conduct a thorough investigation.
