QUITMAN, TX (06/01/2016) — Michelle Hagger died Wednesday as a result of a rollover ATV accident on Highway 154.

Authorities have identified 52-year-old Michelle Hagger as the victim of a fatal ATV accident that occurred at 3672 Highway 154 (TX-154) in Quitman, Texas.
Wood County Sheriff Jim Brown stated that Hagger was steering an ATV that was being towed by another vehicle, driven by 57-year-old Ted Morris.
During the tow, the ATV rolled over and Hagger was thrown to the ground. Hagger was later pronounced deceased.
Investigators determined that Morris was intoxicated while he was towing the ATV. He was arrested and has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
