A Burlison, Texas accident which occurred on Monday, October 7th, 2013 (10/07/2013), has sadly left 42-year-old Richard Poe dead. The wreck, which happened at around 7:10 p.m. on I-35W (just south of the Alsbury Blvd exit), involved a motorcycle and caused no other injuries. It is unclear at this point if any other vehicles were involved.
Of course this is understandably a troubling time for the family, and grieving has just begun, but I want to take this opportunity to stress the importance of investigating a fatality accident such as this. Simply relying on the police report is not enough. Police investigations are not meant to determine liability and are often lacking when is comes to accident recreation, witness statements, determining fault, etc, etc…
