Parker County Chief Constable Lowell Moss
Parker County Chief Constable Lowell Moss was struck by a vehicle in Irving on Saturday morning. The off-duty constable had been helping direct traffic through a construction zone when the accident occurred. He is currently listed in critical condition at Parkland.
Constable Moss has been serving Precinct 2 in Parker county for two terms and is campaigning for re-election. He also runs the Precinct’s Facebook page – which actually provides some useful information and clarification about what duties constables and their deputies perform (scroll down the wall and look at older posts).
