WITCHITA FALLS, TX (05/18/2015) — Rodney Dewayne Hill, 39, was arrested on Monday afternoon after hitting a bicyclist on Sheppard Access Road in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Wichita Falls police reported that 39-year-old Rodney Dewayne Hill was arrested on Monday afternoon after hitting a bicyclist with his vehicle in the 3600 block of Sheppard Access Road.
According to police, the victim was riding his bike on Sheppard Access road around 12:00 p.m. when Rodney Hill turned onto the road and struck the cyclist. Police said that the driver did not see the cyclist when he turned.
The bicyclist suffered non-life-threatening injuries to his legs and was taken to United Regional Hospital for treatment.
Officials state that Hill was arrested due to three outstanding warrants and for driving without a driver’s license.
