FORT WORTH, TX (05/12/2015) — A Fort Worth ISD school bus was rear-ended by a passenger vehicle on Tuesday, leaving three students injured.
According to reports, a Fort Worth ISD school bus was rear-ended Tuesday at around 5:00 p.m. The accident occurred at the intersection of Woodway Drive and Wosley Drive in southwest Fort Worth, Texas.
Emergency crews responded after a passenger vehicle rear-ended the bus carrying 20 students from the Young Women’s Leadership Academy in downtown Fort Worth, and the World Languages Institute on West Magnolia Avenue. The students were on their way home.
A MedStar official stated that three children sustained minor injuries which were treated at the scene, but none were taken to hospitals. The driver of the passenger vehicle did not request treatment for injuries.
