Four beloved teenagers were involved in an accident this morning outside Springtown. Two of them, Josh Brown and Alex Christian, passed away. The other two, Hoss McCue and Maddie Mitchell, are recovering from serious injuries at separate hospitals.

From what the Texas DPS has been able to gather, Josh was driving the group in his 2000 Dodge Ram along Midway Road. Just after midnight, the Ram lost control as it crested the hill near Hyde Away Lane.
