Overturned 18 Wheeler Causes Delays

If you’re reading this, then you probably aren’t one of the many frustrated drivers currently sitting in traffic on southbound US-75 in McKinney. As The Dallas Morning News mentioned on its website, a two-trailer semi-truck flipped on Central Expressway – causing massive delays for commuters. Authorities expect southbound 75 to reopen around 11 AM and are currently diverting traffic to side roads. If you’re planning on traveling into Dallas this morning, you may choose to find another route!

There’s not an official statement on what caused the accident, but comments on Dallas News’ website suggest distracted driving and speeding as probable factors.
