DALLAS, TX (02/14/2015) — A Saturday morning car accident left two women dead, and one hospitalized in critical condition.
The accident occurred at around 6:47 a.m. at the intersection of Jupiter Road and E. Northwest Highway, when (according to police), the driver of a Chevrolet Impala who was traveling eastbound on Northwest Highway crossed over the center median and crashed head-on into a Toyota Camry traveling westbound.
The two 19-year-old occupants of the Impala, Veronica Elizabeth Moreno and Stephanie Reyes, were pronounced dead at the scene. Both Moreno and Reyes attended Conrad High School together.
The driver of the Toyota Camry (an older female who has not been identified) was transported to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital by Dallas Fire Rescue ambulance 39 in critical condition.
