DALLAS, TX (04/08/2014) — 64-year-old Marion Nathan has died following a two-car accident which occurred Tuesday evening in the West Oak Cliff area of Dallas.
According to authorities, Marion P. Nathan, who was driving her Nissan, was making a left turn onto Coombs Creek Drive from W. Kiest Boulevard when another driver slammed into her car at around 8:40 p.m. Ms. Nathan was taken to Methodist Central Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead at 9:31 p.m. The driver of the second vehicle was also transported to the hospital, but he was later released.
According to reports, the second driver was speeding at the time of the accident, and police reports list the accident as “criminally negligent homicide.” It is unknown at this time whether the 2nd driver was taken into custody or not.
